IM - Communicating with Color and Shapes

Tribal Leadership relates to this process

It is interesting to listen/read this book and identify many of the issues they speak of in creating a tribe and how it relates to the different levels I have on this site.  I am going to draw the designs and see where I go.  Stay posted

Fresh and Vital™ - A Chi Intention Card Story

Some of you have heard me speak on color, energy, intentions or have read my books.  Most are asking how I got started creating Chi Intention Cards™ and designing Chi Patterns™.  I thought I would “catch you up” on this work.

It all began with the success I had in creating an energy pattern for a client and I decided to create one for myself.  I was well aware of the energy around the food I brought home from the grocery store and decided it was time to “clean it up

Many people have handled this food and their thoughts, words and other toxins still surround every product.   I had been “cleaning it up” randomly over the years using several techniques and it all took time.  Now, I thought, I would develop a pattern and use my knowledge of color and energy to keep my refrigerator and pantry “clean” all the time.

After designing Fresh and Vital™ I placed it in the refrigerator and determined it worked. How? It cleaned up the food.  I tested it in the same way I determined it was “contaminated”.  It was working to “clean up” my salad dressing, eggs, sauces and produce.  What I didn’t expect was that by “cleaning” up the food I would extend its shelf life and “improve the taste” of some products.  After several weeks I realized spinach, lettuce, beet greens were still crisp.  I wasn’t   throwing out drippy bags of produce.

I invited several friends to test it too and they got the same results…. food stayed fresh, tasted better - even leftovers.  The feedback on Fresh and Vital™ continues – “I love my Fresh and Vital™.”  “My celery was crisp and tasted fresh after 2 weeks.”  “Mushrooms, in my refrigerator for 3 ½ weeks, were still good enough to eat.”  There are many more comments just like these

Chi Intention Cards™ including Fresh and Vital™ are designed to last as they are encased in plastic.  When this case is broken it may longer work.  The original cards are still working in all the test kitchens three years later.

One client, the owner of a spa, has sold hundreds of Fresh and Vital™ to her clients.  She says, now after two years, she doesn’t have to promote it.  Her clients are selling Fresh and Vital™ for her based on their experience.

I invite you to visit www.freshandvital.com.  Look at the pictures, read the benefits and consider them a great gift item too.  It is a gift that keeps on giving.  You will save your self and your friends money and time.  Fresh and Vital™ also reduces waste and saves shopping trips.  It is not based on green bag technology, the egg or others on the market.

Share this story with your friends as I would love for people, around the world to enjoy the benefits of “clean” food.

Mind Exercise 3

It has been a few days since I got in touch.  With crashing computers and lost files along with a new operating system there has been much to learn, adapt, adopt and rewrite.  I am attaching an altered exercise sheet and will add the questions soon.  The sheet has an altered look due to the new systems.  When I recover my old system you will see the return of the old format.  Continue to explore these exercises and please let me know what you think.

I think you will find it interesting focusing on just one color.  As I have been writing this article and worksheet the relationship to yellow in my life kept popping up.

As I was walking this morning I realized if I changed my focus from the "exercise" to enjoying the early morning sun ..... wow what a difference.
