Know What You are Drinking

Now now matter how you drink it there is still a problem with "diet drinks".  For years, you may have heard about the challenges with aspartame and now you have a new challenge - Splenda.  And the studies show it is safe in the long term?  What studies??? Read the techniques they use and test it out for yourself. Do you really need all that sweet stuff in your drinks?

True Confession
I was drinking 2 - 44 oz. of soda when I worked nights.  When I wasn't working found I had to drink some as well because if I didn't I had a headache.  I weaned myself off of my need for any soda while I was still on nights.  Now I have a problem drinking "sweetened" water. I do use a spoon of sugar in my coffee and am amazed at how my "sweet tooth" has changed.  A square of a chocolate bar is enough and very satisfying.  The best part is I don't feel deprived.

Check out this article and decide how sweet your future will be in the drink department.
Discover what is making it sweet.

A hint from the emotional edge of life which plays an important role in our well being: maybe you need to get your "sugar" from friends, family or someone special.  It sounds like a wonderful diet to me.
